Sandra Reichle has over forty years of supply chain experience including material manager, buyer, capital equipment expansion coordinator, certified surgical technologist, clinical design manager and supply chain manager. She served in for-profit, not-for-profit, public, private, and academic institutions, in roles including facilities maintenance and hazardous waste. In her current position, Reichle manages supplies for nine procedural areas. 

Reichle’s career started in the OR as a material tech, managing supplies on index cards and transcending to developing interfaces for ERP, EMR and third-party software. Her firsthand view of the industry's evolution from manual to automated processes over the years facilitated propelling the logbook to automation process at UCI over the past five years.
