Joy Kurdy currently serves as the manager of Strategic Sourcing and Value Analysis for UCI Health.  CVAHP certified with more than 27 years of healthcare supply chain experience, Kurdy promotes a clinically integrated supply chain to support value analysis committees in Perioperative Services, Nursing, Clinical Lab and Ambulatory Clinics. Her greatest enjoyment comes from partnering with physicians and clinicians to make evidence-based decisions and educating on procedural supply costs.

Kurdy also co-chairs a strategic sourcing collaborative joined by UC Health colleagues from UC Davis, UC San Francisco, UC Los Angeles, and UC San Diego with the goal of leveraging collective purchasing power and aligning best practices.

Kurdy is a graduate of Azusa Pacific University with a B.A. in Healthcare Supply Chain. Her previous healthcare supply chain experience includes working for a regional not-for-profit IDN as a buyer, sourcing analyst, and contracting manager.
