Win Fisher is a director with PwC’s Health Industries practice, based in Birmingham, Alabama. For over a decade, his career focus has been in healthcare with extensive experience in supply chain management and ERP implementation. 

Additionally, Fisher’s expertise lies in analyzing and extrapolating quantitative data and applying the same to systems to increase efficiencies. He’s also led SCM implementation, performing the initial assessment of client legacy data prior to integration.

Fisher recently completed the largest Workday SCM project in the healthcare provider market to date. This implementation also includes supporting distribution strategy redesign, and end to end source to pay and operational process standardization. He has been involved with the majority of Workday’s SCM implementations in roles at PwC and previously at Workday, and has best practices and lessons learned from those implementations.

Fisher has experience in and out of healthcare, having spent the first half of his career in the automotive industry, and brings best practice lean practices to bear from those experiences.
