Michael Wentling is an accomplished global supply chain, operations and solutions leader with a record of driving process improvement and leading change across organizations. He is currently the owner of Wentling Consulting LLC and the co-founder of Six Peaks Consulting, LLC.

Professional experience spanning healthcare (manufacturers and hospital providers), CPG, grocery and industrial goods. Expertise across manufacturing, distribution, planning, project management, information services, procurement and contracting, mergers and acquisitions.

Within healthcare, Wentling has experience with Medical Devices & Diagnostics global supply chain at Johnson & Johnson as well as Provider/IDN experience with Mercy Health System’s ROi group. At ROi, Wentling had responsibility for distribution, transportation, manufacturing, contracting and innovation programs.

At XPO Logistics, Wentling led the healthcare vertical including the successful startup and operation of Trinity Health’s Consolidated Service Center and multiple DCs for medical device and equipment manufacturers, as well as responsibility in other industry verticals.

Prior to these experiences, Wentling worked in manufacturing and operational roles for Honeywell International, Black & Decker and Quaker Oats.
