David Mimms has extensive experience in supply chain management, having worked in various roles within the healthcare industry for over 25 years. Currently, Mimms serves as the director of Supply Chain and Logistical Services for Memorial Health System (MHS) in Mississippi. 

In 2017, Mimms implemented a successful Value Analysis program at MHS, and in 2020, partnered with GHX Lumere to help accelerate organization maturation and build a foundation of evidence-backed decision-making.

Mimms holds an MBA from William Carey University in Mississippi. He has been a member of the Vizient Executive Supply Chain Leadership Council and is an American Hospital Association Certified Materials Resource Professional.
