Deric Gallagher is on a mission to make sure healthcare providers have the right inventory. In his current role as manager of Supply Chain for Centura Health, Gallagher is leading a frontline team responsible for supplies in procedural areas at one of Colorado’s busiest Level 1 trauma centers. 

After graduating from the University of Colorado with a master’s degree in Supply Chain, Gallagher began his career as a corporate analyst and progressed toward leadership. As a leader at Centura Health, Gallagher has proven his ability to transform underperforming teams using HRO and Lean methodology.  

Gallagher’s vision for a more reliable and efficient healthcare environment led him to get more involved in AHRMM, for which he now serves on the Young Professional Alumni Council, and as the Education Chair for his local Colorado Chapter. He is passionate about teamwork and inspiring others.
