Amy Bertotti joined Spectrum Health in 2003 as a registered nurse in the Adult Medical Intensive Care unit. Bertotti quickly recognized and responded to her innate leadership skills and became the supervisor of the Surgical Intensive Care unit. She went on to assume a nurse manager role in the Cardiac Care unit in Spectrum Health’s Meijer Heart Center followed by a nurse manager role in the Congestive Heart Failure unit. 

In 2013, Bertotti took her career in a slightly different direction and became the clinical nurse specialist overseeing Nursing Policies and Procedures at Spectrum Health. In 2019, Bertotti transitioned to Spectrum Health’s Value Analysis Team. She initially supported Surgical Specialities as a Sr. Value Analysis Program Specialist then moved into a manager role in 2021 before becoming a director in 2022, during the transition of Spectrum Health to Corewell Health. 

Bertotti earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Grand Valley State University. She earned a Master's degree in Nursing Administration, also from Grand Valley State University. Bertotti is a current doctoral candidate in Business Administration at Indiana Wesleyan University.
