Change is hard! Improvement, or getting better, almost always requires change – in fact, improving or changing a process is as much about changing behaviors as it is about changing the process itself.

This interactive session will offer up unique insight, perspectives, and ideas designed to help both providers and suppliers more effectively implement and manage change. Participants will learn how to identify change resistors along with recognizing some of the common reasons why people resist change. This session will also provide participants with relevant and proven tactics/techniques designed to support and enable effective, sustainable change within their organizations.
