Marcia Morgenthaler is an enthusiastic and dedicated value analysis nurse. She has an extensive clinical background having worked over 45 years in the areas of OR, ED, ICU/CCU, ASC and Med/Surg. 

Morgenthaler holds a master’s degree in Nursing Education and certification as a CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room) and CLNC (Certified Legal Nurse Consultant). She started her nursing career working for a physician who was board-certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology where she developed a passion for diagnostic medicine and the impact of how health care systems impact patient lives. 

Morgenthaler spent several years working in community hospital settings where her interest in supply chain relative to patient care came together. She then moved to the consulting side of nursing for Providence Health & Services for many years managing value analysis projects across five states. She has worked over five years for Legacy Health Services in Portland serving as their Clinical Value Analysis Program Manager and is excited to share the changes resulting in a clinically integrated supply chain.
