As vice president of Managed Services and Customer Care, Rammi Gill oversees the delivery of our services that support healthcare providers in maximizing their supply chain outcomes. His role includes Customer Support, Application Support and a product line that wraps services around our solutions to increase customer satisfaction. He prides himself on his ability to connect how solutions work with customers’ real-world needs.

During Gill’s 20-year tenure at GHX, he has held several leadership positions primarily focusing on product management and services. In his previous roles, he has led GHX’s Exchange Services, Procurement and Content strategies. Prior to this, Gill was a principal consultant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers for several years focusing on IT strategy and enterprise-wide technology-led transformations. 

Gill holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada and a Master of Business Administration from Colorado State University. He also holds a certificate from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business in ‘New Product Innovation, Development and Implementation Strategies.’ Additionally, his work has been recognized as a ‘Top 100 Supply Chain Project’ three times by Supply and Demand Chain Executive.
