Brian Dolan is vice president of Resource Management at Bayhealth in Dover, Delaware. In his current role, Dolan’s responsibilities include Sterile Processing, Clinical Engineering, Supply Chain Operations, Resource Optimization (Value Analysis/Category Management), Procurement, Enterprise Resource Planning (FSM, HCM), Resource Business Systems & Analytics. He also serves as vice president of Delaware-based regional GPO Clinergy.
 

Dolan has more than 18 years of experience in perioperative services, clinical engineering and supply chain management. He has served as an instructor at the University of Kansas School of Medicine for more than 12 years.
 

Dolan earned his Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management, and master’s in Health Services Administration from the University of Kansas. He is currently working on his doctorate in Health Sciences with an emphasis in Organizational Excellence/Healthcare Quality from Bay Path University. Dolan currently serves as a board member for AHRMM.
