Scot Zernick is the director of Strategic Sourcing and Value Analysis at Penn State Health. Zernick has worked for Penn State in both the clinical field as well as within Supply Chain. In his current role, Zernick is responsible for the leadership and development of department strategies that will drive reduction in operational cost and provide effective utilization of supplies, equipment, services and technology.
