Adam Tuttle is currently employed as the manager of Contracting & Purchasing at Parkview Health located in Fort Wayne Indiana. He is proud to be a member of Northeastern Indiana’s largest nonprofit hospital system. Tuttle is a transplant into healthcare, spending eight years in chemical manufacturing as a qualitative chemist in the semiconductor industry. In August 2019, he transitioned into healthcare as a property manager whose primary role was communicating and managing 3rd party environmental service vendors. Seven months into the job, the role drastically changed in importance with the emergence of Covid-19. The work and efforts of 2020 created an opportunity for him to lead and excel in his current role in March of 2021. 

It was in the role of property management, during the first wave of Covid-19, that Tuttle sharpened his skills in program and change management. He built and shaped the framework of a vendor program through strategic planning when the rules were changing daily. Not foreign to complex projects or quality and compliance analysis from his chemist career, Tuttle has been able to leverage Joint Commission knowledge and an ISO 9001 certification into Supply Chain.  

While the supply chain issues of 2021 and 2022 have put a strain on the nation collectively, it has once again changed the importance of his role. Tuttle looks forward to networking with supply chain professionals, hoping to grow their knowledge base, improve their value, and propel their company to the next level.
