Renato Maclan Jr. has dedicated his 27+ year career to helping hospitals comprising the renowned Texas Medical Center in Houston, Texas.
Renato pursues roles that help hospitals function and operative more effectively towards patient care and enhanced outcomes. He has held progressive roles in nursing management, as well as, hospital service line development/ leadership. 


Maclan also held roles in all areas of the hospital supply chain. He served in strategic account management for a GPO and has had roles in hospital logistics, contracting, supply chain finance, value analysis, and supply chain project management roles at the individual hospital and system levels.


In his current role, Maclan serves as the program director for Clinical Value Analysis and leads MD Anderson Cancer Center through the value analysis process by means of evidence-based decision making and has helped MD Anderson navigate the supply challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic response.
