Carol Fraser is the senior program manager for Expression Networks. She has 38 years of experience in logistics, systems, program management and systems development. Fraser joined Expression Networks (a full stack IT company) in 2017 and managed the largest software solution projects for Expression Networks. She led the creation of a new business unit for Expression Networks, the Medical Business Unit, with new contracts for logistics systems, telemedicine, and command and control applications.  

Fraser’s career includes positions as a U.S. Army medical logistics officer, director of IT Solutions at Health Services Corporation of America, program manager with ATI, Inc., and program manager with Technologies Engineering Inc. Fraser holds a Bachelor of Science degree.
