Mary K. McCarthy is an experienced nursing leader with a wealth of clinical and administrative expertise. She serves as director of Clinical Quality Value Analysis (CQVA), Value Sourcing, and Procurement at Northern Light Health. In this role, McCarthy oversees supply chain and materials management, ensures compliance, and is responsible for managing related finances and cost reduction strategy. 

McCarthy’s prior experience as a nurse manager spanned both pediatric and adult critical care and telemedicine in the ICU. McCarthy’s passion for evidence-based practices, patient safety, care equality and environmental impact are at the top of focus as a healthcare leader.
