Terry Skinner is currently the regional director for Supply Chain Customer Solutions with responsibility for Johnson & Johnson’s key medical device customer supply chain IDN relationships across the Southeast, Southwest and Western areas of the United States. He and his team are focused on identifying and driving value creative solutions in the areas of the perfect order, inventory optimization and logistics and cost transformation. 
 

Across his thirty years with Johnson & Johnson, all of his varying roles have been facing and supporting his customer. Skinner spent the first half of his career in their commercial organization and the back half in supply chain delivery roles. Not only does he have a broad medical device customer and operational perspective, but also a strong CPG background as he led Johnson & Johnson’s order-to-cash team as well as the commercial Walmart team while in their consumer segment.
