Richard Bagley is the senior vice president, chief supply chain officer, for Penn State Health, a leading academic integrated health delivery system. His life mission is to deliver best-in-class solutions at the optimum value for caregivers and patients he serves.  
 

Bagley leads the supply chain and clinical engineering organizations for Penn State Health. He has spent his career in healthcare in various roles and organizations that include helping build nationally recognized Intermountain Healthcare’s Supply Chain. 
 

Prior to his work in supply chain, Bagley worked in health IT for 3M Health Information Systems and Siemens AG developing commercial IT products.  
 

Bagley is a graduate from the University of Utah with a degree in Computer Science and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix where he taught for 17 years.
