Battling Burnout: Achievable Ways To Balance Energy and Boost Performance

In this interactive session, GHX Chief People Officer Alexis Kearns guides participants in assessing their four main wellsprings of energy - body, emotions, mind and spirit - as New York Times bestselling author Tony Schwartz describes in his book The Way We’re Working Isn’t Working. Research has shown that individuals who balance energy in these four areas are happier and more productive, while those with imbalances are more likely to experience burnout. Participants will come away from the session with micro-adjustments they can make in their daily lives to achieve balance and boost performance.
