Tactical Strategy: Easy Lift, WRONG Approach

Healthcare systems tend to follow a “tactical strategy” — investment decisions centered on the least complicated solution using systems already in place. While these decisions may feel efficient, they often don’t consider proper requirements or inclusive input, which means they are not properly strategic. Add supply chain issues, current events, or local economics to the mix, and healthcare leaders today must stop and think, “Do we have the right tools to accomplish our objectives?"
