REGISTRATION & ATTENDANCE

Due to low transmission rates and COVID-19 safety protocols being eased nationally, vaccination or proof of vaccination, masks, social distancing or capacity limits are not required to attend GHX Summit 22. 
 
However, we encourage anyone that is not vaccinated to wear a mask while indoors. GHX will provide masks at the on-site Registration Desk and hand sanitizer throughout the event. 

GHX will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommended safety protocols related to the COVID-19 pandemic. If there are any changes, GHX will promptly communicate to Summit 22 attendees.

From April 10 – May 12, any individual with a paid Summit 22 registration who is no longer able to attend due a positive test for COVID-19 may apply their payment towards the 2023 GHX Summit: May 9-12, 2023; Hilton Chicago, Chicago, IL. 

The terms of this option are as follows:

• 100% of the paid fee will apply to the registration fee for GHX Summit 2023, and no portion will be refunded at any time (including in connection with any later cancellation for GHX Summit 2023)
• This option is in lieu of any refund and substitution rights, as described in the Substitution & Cancellation Policy in the GHX Summit 2022 Terms & Conditions
• Request must be made by email to summit@ghx.com
• Emailed requests must be received no later than 11:59 PM MT on May 12, 2022
• Once the email is received, the registrant cannot revoke this option

EVENT CANCELLATION

GHX reserves the right to cancel the in-person GHX Summit 2022 in its discretion. If GHX elects to cancel the in-person Summit due to safety concerns related to the COVID-19 pandemic, GHX will notify registrants by email and refund all paid registration fees using the same payment method of the original transaction (i.e., credit card, check). Additionally, GHX will cancel all room reservations made in the Summit room block at the Diplomat Beach Resort. 

BACKGROUND 

GHX and The Diplomat Beach Resort are committed to doing their part to maintain the health and safety of all Summit attendees and staff. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and other diseases exists in any public place. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious and evolving disease that can lead to severe illness and death, and the CDC has advised that senior citizens and people with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By attending GHX Summit 2022, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and release and hold harmless GHX, its affiliates, the Diplomat Beach Resort, and their directors, officers, employee, agents, contractors, and volunteers from any liability for any illness, injury, or death arising out of or relating to attendance.
