Janet Abbruzzese has spent the majority of her 22-year career working her way through the Supply Chain for healthcare. She spent several years in medical sales, working with products, capital equipment and instrumentation. She transitioned to a regional director position for a national GPO where she worked for four years. Abbruzzese then spent over six years with Detroit Medical Center in a Supply Chain director role before becoming the director of Supply Chain Strategy & Procurement at Michigan Medicine in 2017, where she leads the Contracts and Procurement, Value Analysis, Purchasing and Supply Chain Operations, among many other roles throughout the Supply Chain.

Abbruzzese holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Dayton.
