Matt Houston brings more than 20 years of business management experience to his role as vice president, Customer Operations and Product Management of ePay, at GHX. He is responsible for leading efforts to develop and enhance purchase-to-pay solutions, with a focus on Electronic Invoice Presentment and Payment (EIPP) while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Houston joined GHX in September 2009 having had prior roles that encompassed development, marketing and sales of business optimization, finance, supply chain and technical solutions to multiple verticals, including healthcare, retail, finance and manufacturing. Houston started his career as a financial analyst and has also served in the capacity of Controller for small businesses with responsibility for AP, AR, Treasury and corporate financial reporting.
He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lawrence University and an executive MBA from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business. Among his many speaking engagements are various HFMA conferences, the Premier Breakthroughs Conference & Exhibition, the GHX Healthcare Supply Chain Summit and multiple other industry events where supply chain and finance transformation were the primary topics of discussion.
