Franco Sagliocca has been corporate director, Supply Chain, for the Mount Sinai Health System in New York since early 2014. He currently is the president of the Healthcare Resource Management Association of New York (HCRMA NY), the local chapter of the national Association for Health Care Resource and Materials Management (AHRMM). He has held various positions at Mount Sinai between 1989 and 2007, at which time he left to become Product Manager at McKesson. He later became Senior Manager, Service Delivery, at GHX, and Corporate Director, Procurement Systems and Operations, for the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation before returning to the Mount Sinai Health System. He led the Mount Sinai Health System supply chain to earn the 2016 GHX contracting excellence award and 2017 GHX Millennium Club generating 1 million+ automated transactions. He is also the recipient of the 2017 GHXcellence Award for Supply Chain Leadership in the industry.

Sagliocca received his MBA in Healthcare Administration from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College, City University of New York, after earning a BBA in Management from Pace University. He is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, President-Elect of the Health Care Resource Management Association of New York, and a board member of St. Mary’s High School of New York. Franco serves as a mentor for the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Baruch College/Zicklin School of Business Healthcare MBA Program.
