Bonnie Lai serves as vice president of Product at Lumere. She is responsible for Lumere’s suite of technology solutions.

Prior to this role, Lai served as the vice president of Lumere’s Pharmacy Solutions. She developed a new business line to extend Lumere’s medical device capabilities to drugs—including product management, research, and analytics.

Prior to Lumere, Lai was a principal at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), a management consulting firm. There she served clients across the healthcare industry (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, payers, providers).

Lai started her career as a scientific researcher. She received her PhD in biomedical engineering from Duke University, where she was a National Science Foundation fellow.

Her research focused on HIV prevention. Lai received her bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University in biomedical engineering and art theory & practice.
