Petra Zlota is a Global eBusiness Transformation Lead at Philips Healthcare. She joined Philips in 2018, and in her role, Zlota has successfully shifted the company’s strategic focus toward e-commerce automation to drive customer value and satisfaction. Zlota has been working with and guiding cross-functional and central teams in over 10 markets.

Prior to working at Philips, Zlota held a number of multinational and global marketing roles, predominantly in healthcare organizations, and has managed or been closely involved in programs requiring strategic change management and organizational transformation.
