In John Iannetta’s current role leading U.S. Commercial Operations, he has overall responsibility for a 400+ associate Center of Excellence, accountable for Commercial and Government Contract Development and Operations, Business Analytics, Sales Operations, Customer Master Data Management, Commercial Enablement tools and technologies, and Commercial Operations Integrations and Divestitures in support of all legacy BD business units and, most recently, Bard divisions. Iannetta has led this organization since its initial formation in 2015 as a result of the CareFusion acquisition.

Iannetta has also recently been tasked with being the U.S. Region Quote-to-Cash Process Leader, accountable for ensuring all customer touch points across this continuum are simplified and improved to deliver a better experience for customers.

Iannetta joined BD in 2014 as the senior director of U.S. Region Program Management where he provided program leadership for the initial formation of the region. Prior to joining BD, Iannetta spent 11 years with increased leadership responsibilities at Johnson & Johnson in various account management, contracting, commercial operations and supply chain roles in support of its pharmaceutical, medical device and consumer businesses. Prior to J&J, Iannetta worked at Philips Electronics leading a commercial Six Sigma program as a Master Black Belt. He began his career with GE in its Power & Industrial Systems business, having served in various roles including field engineering, account management and Six Sigma program leadership.
Iannetta holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Rutgers College of Engineering in Piscataway, NJ. He is a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Black Belt. He is also a board member for Community Hope, a non-profit organization focused on supporting veterans and consumers with mental health challenges, leading their strategic planning and leadership committees.
